Not satisfied with your order? We’re truly sorry to hear that and are committed to making things right. Please contact us at Info@darceylane.com, and we’ll do our best to ensure your happiness.

You can return your order within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days after receiving the return, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.

  • The product must show no signs of use.

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Info@darceylane.com to initiate your return.

  2. Return Shipment: We recommend using a Track & Trace code for the return. The sender is responsible for the shipment. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

  3. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form provided upon contacting us.

  4. Send the Package: Include the completed return form with the items and send to the return address provided. Ensure the package is sent with a Track and Trace code.

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your package, Darcey Lane London will process the refund within 5 business days, provided the product meets return conditions.

Return Address

If you wish to return a product, you may need to send it to our supplier’s warehouse in China. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense due to high shipping costs from China, which we cannot cover. Contact Info@darceylane.com to request the return address. Carefully package the product, ensuring it is well-protected, and use a trackable shipping method to monitor delivery.

Upon receipt at the warehouse, we will verify that the product meets return conditions. If approved, the purchase price will be refunded. Note that refund processing times may vary depending on the seller and your bank.

Returning products to China can be complex and costly. Please review our return conditions and costs before purchasing to ensure you’re fully informed.

Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

If you fail to collect your package within the specified time at the designated pick-up location or address, the responsibility lies with you. If the package is returned to our supplier in China, a fee of £14.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling costs. For assistance, contact Info@darceylane.com.
